Privacy policy: DeepMinds
This policy applies to the app DeepMinds (DeepMinds). It explains what data the app processes, why, and what rights you have.

What stays with you
The app does not record your answers or conversations, does not send them anywhere and has no access to them. If you show a card on a TV through AirPlay or Google Cast, the picture goes straight from your device to your TV. The app contains no ads and no analytics.
What we process and why
- Purchase data: if you unlock content in the app, Apple processes the purchase and the app uses RevenueCat to check which content you have access to. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app identifier and the purchase history for this, not your name or payment details.
Legal basis
- Contract: giving you the content you bought and restoring purchases.
- Legitimate interest: fixing bugs, security and improving the app from aggregated data.
Third-party services
These services process data on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own policies.

How long we keep data
We keep diagnostics and analytics data for no more than 14 months. RevenueCat keeps purchase data while you use the app and afterwards only as required by law. Uninstalling the app deletes the data stored on your device.
Transfers outside the EU
RevenueCat, Inc. may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
Children
We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 15; if we learn that we have, we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.
Send requests to info@koopastudio.cz. We reply within one month. To find your data, tell us the app name and, where available, the identifier shown in the app.
If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz, or to the supervisory authority in your country.
Changes
We may update this policy, for example when an app gains a new feature or service. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
