What stays with you

Player names you type into the game stay on your device. We never receive them.

What we process and why

• Purchase data and identifiers: Apple or Google processes purchases of packs and subscriptions, and the app uses RevenueCat to check which content you have access to. RevenueCat uses an anonymous app identifier and the purchase history for this.
• Usage data (such as the packs you open) to analyse and improve the game.
• Diagnostics (crash and performance reports, device model, OS version) to fix bugs.
• Purchase data may be used to measure where new players come from. On iOS this counts as tracking across apps only if you allow it in the system prompt.

Legal basis

• Contract: giving you the content you bought and restoring purchases.
• Legitimate interest: fixing bugs, security and improving the app from aggregated data.
• Consent: tracking across apps and personalised ads, if you allow them.

Third-party services

These services process data on our instructions or as independent controllers under their own policies.

Tracking and ads

You decide in the system prompt whether the app may track you across other companies’ apps. You can change this at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking.

How long we keep data

We keep diagnostics and analytics data for no more than 14 months. RevenueCat keeps purchase data while you use the app and afterwards only as required by law. Uninstalling the app deletes the data stored on your device.

Transfers outside the EU

RevenueCat, Inc. and Google may process data in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where the recipient is certified, or on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

Children

The game is rated 12+ on the App Store. We do not knowingly process personal data of children under 15; if we learn that we have, we delete it.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw consent at any time; this does not affect processing that took place before.

Send requests to info@koopastudio.cz. We reply within one month. To find your data, tell us the app name and, where available, the identifier shown in the app.

If you believe we process your data unlawfully, you can complain to the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů), Pplk. Sochora 27, 170 00 Prague 7, www.uoou.cz, or to the supervisory authority in your country.

Changes

We may update this policy, for example when an app gains a new feature or service. The current version is always on this page. Last updated: 29 October 2026.
