Something in the game isn’t working.
Try closing and reopening the game and updating it to the latest version. If the problem continues, send us your device model, OS and game version and what happened. A screenshot helps too.
How do I turn off personalised ads?
On iPhone open Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking and turn tracking off for the game. Ads are then shown without the advertising identifier.
How do I ask for my data to be deleted?
Email info@koopastudio.cz with the app name. Data stored only on your device is deleted when you uninstall the app. See the privacy policy for details.
