Licence

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. The app and all its content (artwork, text, questions, music) remain ours or our partners’.

For apps downloaded from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies (www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/). Where these terms differ from it, Apple’s agreement prevails. For apps from Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service also apply.

Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer paid content or subscriptions. The App Store or Google Play always shows the price and terms before you confirm, and the store processes the payment.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings; deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

To restore purchases on a new device, use “Restore purchases” with the same store account. Refunds are decided by the store under its own rules (for Apple, at reportaproblem.apple.com).

Rules of use

  • You may not copy, modify, decompile or distribute the app except as the law allows.
  • You may not bypass purchase protection or use the app for anything unlawful.
  • We may update the app, change its content or discontinue it. We try to keep purchased content available.

Liability

The apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for damage caused by improper use. This does not affect your consumer rights, including rights for defective digital content.

Complaints

Report a defect in an app or purchased content to info@koopastudio.cz. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution with the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (www.coi.cz) or the EU online dispute resolution platform.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by Czech law. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence.
